2017 art, it had been forever since I'd drawn any "fat boy splits his pants up the back" art, so why not? It's a theme I don't draw anywhere near as often as people would expect.
Norman seems like the ideal victim, too. Ample rear end for blowing out the seat of his pants whenever he bends over to pick up whatever it is that his clumsy hoof-hands caused him to drop on the ground.

But to answer your question, he is not. He comes from a world with no Canada, and therefore, no Canadians. Although him having that stereotypical Canadian accent could be kinda funny, if not very much expected. I've never really given much thought to how he sounds when he speaks, now that I think about it...
