Heavy Assault Power Armor
Manufacturer: Exaria Armory Technologies
Ravager is stable armament of Ainons special forces to its providet protection and mobility.
Suit is constructed from multible layers of protectin as encansing technologies.
Most obvious is the large plates of the armor that provides the main protection of the wearer, plates are made of nano laminated material and made to ad Electro Reactive armor, made of multible layers of super conductive material betveen the armored and non-conductive materials.
Second layers is artifical nano muscle mesh, that gives the wearer the power and speed as ability to move whit our feeling the weight the armor. Nano muscle all so provide protection by hardenig at the point of impact. Mesh is connected users nerve system to increase the reactive speed of the armor to that of natural of the wearer, adet whit nerve boosters implants ad to this by two fold.
Third layers is insulated under suit whit adet ballistic and heat resistance lined whit slight frame to aid to carry the armors weight.
Armor is fitted whit mag log points to provide storage space to pouches, armor atacments.
Ravager is equipped whit high yeld crystal batteries, some models have far more robust miniature fusion reactor. The jump unit of the armor ads warriors options of movements increasing jumping distance of the juser, as giving them ability to move in 0g space.
Legs and hands of the armor are eguiped whit gecko grip surface as mag locks.
Vodan armor has multible modular styles to armor weapon systems, utilitarian, protective from micro missiles to heavy armorplates.
Helmet is made same materials as the rest of the armor and provides multible sensory and vision modes as is the main conection to the user by the cybernetics.

Swords are rarity in the modern battle fields but thes archaic weapons have found their niece.
Often rewardet to warriors of merit or boarding grews.
Weapon creates corona of plasma around the blade when activated, either burnig or melting the strike area.
Weapon is powered by standard high yeld crystal battery giving the weapon 15min active time,
more advanced models have miniature fusion core that gives the word far more advanced cutting potential by forming the blade it self to super heat the mater strikien.

Chem/Rail Hybrid / Assault Cannon
Manufacturer: Wexarat Combat Forges
The work horse of the Warborn and special forces for its sheer power this heavy automatic rifle packs a punch.
Using Chemical propelant and Magnetic coil to propel the ammunition to high speeds, giving weapon bigger clip size compared to full rail or coil weapon whit out sacrificing ammunitons starting acceleration.
Clip holds 90 to 120 bullets difering clip size providing the main power to enegised the coils, if belt fed the power is provided either from the ammo case or the suit own power systems.
Sairet is-28A is modular weapons system to acsept multible weapon atacments as upgrades to high yeld coils to adet power, smart targetin systems, belt fed ammo system, cyro stabilators to simple bajonets.
Weapon has smart system that keeps the information of the weapon either shown on small screen or heads up displays, rifle has its own power source to do this.
N7-Lancet

Taking the pistols place in Warborn and special forces Lancet is accurate weapon that provides greater fire rate in close cuatters combat.
Jusing standard Chem/Rail hybrid system to ad power to the shots.
Having same modification posibilites that many Wexarat weapons have, makes N7-Lancet perfect to fast and messy combat sitsuations, all so often carried by Sparks as fire support weapon.

The sword seems... finicky.
yes i know melee combat cool, but plasma crinj. Seriously, if your OpFor can slap an magnet on his or her bodyarmor and just lmao nope your sword...
also, the gaps in the armor seem like a fairly lethal weakspot. incoming shots may pierce defense or cause internal damage. not to mention shrapnel...

Sword is more side arm status symbol, ment if things turn too close for confort.
As for trying to bind the weapon whit magnets the weapon it self forms it own field to contain the plasma that super heats mater (ya whana burn?).
As for the gaps the armor is ment to be as mobile as possible and the muscles provide protection but not as much as the plates (sacrifices are made order to better the performance)

Hmm.
Still questionable. If the magnets can be used to provide a containment, you can disrupt the containment with electromagnets, especially given the EM guns you've got down further
I suppose for light infantry is workable though; I wonder if you could get away with additional armor strip for longer operation time or mission equipment load?

Well Melee is rarer beast in the combat fields even they are carried time to time.
As for breaking the contaiment field just robs the plasma field but leaves still sharp weapon.
(And such tech is rarely utilized in the battle field as so fiew wield such weapons maybe bit more in side ships but even then you might wihs that your own guys can use their weapons too)
As for the armor it is modular unit so it can be customed to fit the missions to short but brutal engagements to more longer whit bigger battery or the fusion core.

Honestly, if I can change topics a second? I've never gotten the "space combat means no guns" thing on purely hull breach merit. Yes, you could perforate the hull, but a couple little rifle bullet holes is nothing much, even a few bits of rubber or something released into the area will seal the problem.
It is some cases breaking something vital. Yes they might use heavy guns in the ships but what if it happends to penetrate fuel line?
As they wish not to destroy vital component if the ships station needs to be taken whit minimal damage.
I bet you do not wish to dismantle half the station to seek all the damage your boarding crew and enemy caused by having a firefight.
As all so in corridor fighting guick closing distances aor stumbling your foe is going to force use melee (that case knifes might be better option)
