Background: A close friend of Xaphan’s, or a “personal stalker” as Murdoc tends to call him. Dakota came to work at the same store as Xaphan and is still getting the hang of his job. He tends to get help from some of his coworkers, including Xaph from time to time. While some of his associated don’t really give him the time of day, Xaph helps him with what he can when he knows how to help. Dakota appreciates his help, and would begin to hang out with him shortly after that. He’s very upbeat when he’s around new people and enjoys making new friends, and became rather fast friends with Xaphan and his crew. Being the happy-go-lucky Klee Kai that he is, Dakota is the most supportive of the group and is always looking for fun things to do to keep his crew in high spirits. He has dreams that someday the world could learn to be as positive as he can be and be happy with those around them.

Relations: Dakota has a fairly positive relationship with his family. He has a twin sister named Cheyenne, who is only younger by about thirty minutes. Cheyenne occasionally comes around to hang with him and the gang, sometimes picking on her older brother, to which he shrugs of quite easily. They rarely argue, and will usually compromise in the event that an argument could arise. Of the four in his group, Dakota has considered Xaphan to be a very good friend since the day they met and is extremely close with him. His friendship with Xaphan hinges on an almost borderline obsession, sometimes to the point of daydreaming or fantasizing about him whether in his presence or not. This is also why he has earned the mark of Xaphan’s personal stalker from Murdoc. He’s never really been in the best light when it comes to Murdoc, especially since to he seemed to show up out of nowhere in the collie’s eyes. They don’t always talk, and unless they’re together in a group, Murdoc tends to make slight jabs at him. Though Murdoc can be a bit passive aggressive, Dakota still tries to put his best foot forward and be a good friend to him. On the other hand, he has a better friendship with Leon. Next to Xaphan, Leon is willing to put the effort into talking with him and making him feel welcomed. His laid-back approach complements the high energy that Dakota has most of the time, and he’s usually down for some of the things he wants to do. The only problem he has is when Dakota gets a little too close with Xaphan. Despite knowing that they’re in a relationship together, Dakota’s interest in Xaphan has on occasion stirred up a bit of jealousy in Leon. He doesn’t let this come between him and his wolf companion, and still gets close with him every now and again. However, it’s all rather one-sided.

Likes: Sunny weather, the ocean, spending time with friends, the smiles of others, partying, raves, daydreaming, cuddling, ramen noodles, colorful clothing, and wildflowers.

Dislikes: Confrontation, two-faced individuals, broccoli, smoking, being alone, bad hygiene, thundershowers, centipedes, and stargazing.Made this sometime a bit back and finally finished writing his character info. He changed a lot from what I initially had in mind for him, and I'm pretty happy with the new description.
