i was looking at the Thomas Wooden Railway wiki (i will always call it that, don't @ me!) and was on a couple pages involving the troublesome trucks 2-packs released. two of these packs are trucks carrying candy. i looked at these, and i thought; "this concept could work for any load." and i was inspired to make these.

this is the quarry troublesome trucks 2-pack. the front truck is essentially the same design as the gumball car from the wooden railway range, and the gumdrop car from the WOOD range; a plastic, clear box containing rocks that rattle inside it. the second car is different as it carries a removable cargo block. the cargo block is designed as a crate of supplies for the quarry, and like most other cargo in both the wooden railway and WOOD ranges, is magnetic and works with any cranes you have in your collection.

this concept can work for many other loads such as; coal, china clay, fruit, dynamite, or anything. it's a simple design that can be copied through many variants of cargo, and can still be charming.
