i used to work for walmart trust me this stuff happens all the time. like back to school stuff when everything goes on "clearance" what doesnt sell they keep in the back in the same boxes and wait for the next one then reset those boxes back out at the original prices

We actually call them rice-crackie-treats at work. They're almost as addictive as crack to some of the guys in the office xD We have to hide them.
