Well that definitely makes sense for the artist :P But i just prefer this style because you don't have to arrange to bid together with a friend which can be a pain to co-ordinate sometimes, plus, and this is kinda just a personal thing, but I don't really care that much about getting art with random people, which happens all the time if someone bids over your friend's slot.
