Yeaaah... I would try to avoid the "tribal" tag, because it holds unfortunate implications and doesn't do justice to each culture's own aesthetics and fashion sense. Besides, the Mexica didn't live in tribes, the closest thing to that were the calpultin or neighborhoods, as even if they had a wider shared identity as citizens (of the Tenochtitlan/Tlacopan/Tlatelolco city-states) they formed these tighter-knit communities of neighbors.
