Finally done. I think.
One of three concepts I'm intending to build upon, all specialized military units under a single paramilitary entity. This one's HAIL.
The other two would be SNOW and STORM.
Units are as following.
I_Tactical Coordinator Head
Advises units in accordance to battle situation and requisitions supplies, coordinates camps, designates firepower deployment and most influential unit next to commander.
Capable of above average to Olympian-level marksmanship.
II_General Infantry Unit(Obsolete Armor model)
Trained infantry unit. Medium armor level, plexiglas-carbonfiber composite with 2mm aluminium conductor layering. Armor design based off an FPS game of the time before manufacture. Ranged and close-combat proficient.
Communicates via command cell and relies on radio relay for squad synchronization.
Weapons_Gas-operated Assault Rifle and Prototype Rail Magnum Underbarrel Module.
III_Bioweapon Cleanup Unit(Fogger)
Antipersonnel specialist in elimination of closed-space crowds and septic/viral/biological threats in vicinity. Medium-light armor level, plexiglas-carbonfiber composite with 1mm layered silicon circuitry. Close-combat and sweeper unit. Communicates via improved radio relay with voice command AI interface.
Weapons_Airburst Automatic Launcher with 50mm Concentrated Formaldehyde/Sulphuric Rounds
IV_EMP Defense and Antitank Unit(Gravitational Manhandler)
Close-combat and mobile nuclear-powered suit unit. Heavy armor type, plexiglas-carbonfiber and 4.6mm lead-aluminum layered alloy. Unit presence able to deflect radio ordinance and magnetic gunshots outside 6-meter radius. Communicates via improved radio relay with voice command AI interface. Equipped with geiger ticker for effective radioactive countermeasures.

V_Extreme Altitude Unit(Terminal Velocity Soldier)
Agile, light-armored unit. Plexiglas-carbonfiber composite plates and bodyhugging night suit. Anti-air vehicular technical expert and fastest unit amongst the HAIL troops. Ninjutsu training optional. Communicates via improved radio relay with voice command AI interface.
