Also went down to the Secret Garden today. This was a shot I'd tried to get when I was up there last year, but my camera last year was hating me at the time.

Dude awesome! Training dolphins must be so damn fun. I'd so try doing one of my internships near some water creatures but my inability to swim would result in bad things.

They have this program up there where you can be a dolphin trainer for a day. I'd like to do it, but yeah, the not-being-able-to-swim thing kind of puts a kink in that.

Still, it's fun to sit down there for a few hours and just watch them. They have picnic tables around the pools, and they don't care how long you hang about.

That's awesome. I'm hoping to get into animal behavior studies and training is something I want to check out.

For now I get to intern with raptors in a rehab center. <3

Oh, I think it's adorable when they do that. I was really upset last year when the photos I took of the same thing didn't turn out.

I've only been getting serious about it within the last year or so. My mother-in-law gifted me her old Canon Rebel with a bigass macro lens, and I've been going nuts with it.
