And then upon her arrival the land will be split asunder and buried beneath her.
She will descend like a great celestial comet upon the land, and will lay waste to all below her notice.
The Earth will buckle and twist under the onslaught of her divinity, the hot blood of the earth meeting the perfection of cosmic flesh at the instant of her contact.
Mountains, valleys, kingdoms will all be reduced to dust at her passing, below her notice, below her care, their aged texture only the subtlest sensation under her toes.
Most will not even gaze upon her full body's glory, the impact of her legs and tread filling the sky, mile upon mile into the heavens.
Her motivations inscrutable, her intent incomprehensible.
All that is known is the worlds reshaping from her step, from smothered armies to hundred-mile lakes.
Qoz shall make this world her own, one apocalyptic footfall after the other.

Yup, I think these ones are done for!
When dealing with a force so beyond mortal comprehension though, it would be a bit much to expect her to even acknowledge the existence of microorganisms, much less care whether she trod on a "few"
Plus, they're humans! I'm sure they can bounce back in no time, especially when Qoz decides to saunter off to another plane!

The relationship has become more normalized once her influence fully set in. She went from an object of terror -the harbinger of the apocalypse- to an object of worship as a divine being, as is her right. And this pic is during her first careless visit, though it's surely not her last ;)
Nothing so pedestrian. She is an entity from beyond time and space, and no one really knows why she enters into the material plane. Maybe to explore and see the sights, to gain worshippers, or simply to feed...
Either way though, it's not actually earth, but a macro-themed setting of my own design!

She has come to the material plane only a few times over the past couple hundred years, and there really is nothing they can do to prepare. Some congregate in areas in the hope that they become noticeable enough that she will actually see them and avoid treading upon them, while others distribute themselves across the land so as to not be all wiped out by an errant footfall or her whole body lowering down across the continent.
No one really knows why Qoz is sticking around, but many deities were snuffed near the time of her arrival. Many clues point to Qoz having moved through the divine plane before making it to the material, crushing or consuming many of the (somewhat tyrannical) previous gods before arriving.
She can be as big as she deems fit. In most of her visits she can easily surpass several hundred kilometers in height, if not more mind-boggling scales. Some folktales say that the stars in the sky are actually tears in reality through to the divine plane, which she fills completely, white scales shining through.
