As some of my friends and followers may know, one of my more well-known characters is a baby aardwolf named Manhaar.

In 2018, I decided to try something different with him, and draw him as a teenager. He's obviously much taller now, potty-trained, knows many more words, but most noticeably, he has stripes now rather than spots! I've always sort of known it made little sense to describe him as an aardwolf if he had spots rather than stripes, but I can just say that's his "cub coat" and his fur pattern will change a bit as he grows... or that it might hint at his origins not quite being what they seem.

Of course, I plan to keep drawing him as a baby for the most part, since at the present in his story he is one, but it's fun to see what the future holds for him.
