Yeah, the artist
Alvedo_Vhiich has drawn a few (Sfw) versions of Delgas, so I thought I'd get him to draw mine, and man did he do a great job.
Little something I decided to write because I could.

Nothing.
He just couldn’t think at all about what happened.
Normally, Delga and Aladar would have gotten a ride, but Lewis was busy getting Leo to jail, and Rusty had business to attend to.
So there they were, walking together in the rain.
Aladar seemed to be saying something, but Delga couldn’t focus at all.
It was really strange; Aladar had been taken away from him for a couple months, trapped in his old, cursed world, but now he was back, safe and sound.
The dragon was confused, because he should be feeling happiness like no other, but something was gnawing in him, and he felt almost the opposite.
He was… sad, for some reason.
“Delga?”
He was snapped from his current state, when Aladar paused and called him.
“Are you alright?” The Zangoose asked. “You’ve been quiet.”
Delga sighed.
There was silence for a few moments.
Another sigh.
“I don’t know.” The dragon replied. “I mean, I’m so happy that you’re alright, and that you’re back… But… I just feel this…”
He wasn’t exactly sure what he was feeling, but he did have a good idea of what it could possibly be.
“Well, just look at you.”
Aladar took a second to look at himself, and was more than confused as to what Delga meant.
“What is it?” The smaller male replied. “Is there something wrong with me?”
“No.” Delga replied, giving a sad chuckle. “Quite the opposite really. I mean, you were stuck in that Hell for almost two months, and here you are, almost as if nothing happened at all. You don’t seem fazed over the fact that you were kidnapped and had people do… Things… to you.”
It wasn’t a thought he liked to have, but he knew that it happened.
“How are you able to just ignore what happened to you?” He asked. “Aren’t you hurting?”
Aladar chuckled, and gave the dragon a hug.
“Just a little, but honestly it’s not that bad.” He answered.
“Not that bad!?”
The dragon could tell that Aladar was surprised from his sudden tone.
“What do you mean by that!?”
He let out another sigh. He wanted to cry a little for the sake of his lover, but he was just shocked to hear Aladar give that kind of a response.
“I mean, I know you were only there for a little while, but look at me…” He continued, now squeezing the Zangoose. “When I got here from there, I was a broken mess. Hell! I’m still one, even if I have gotten a little stronger…”
“Delga…”
Before Aladar could say anything, he continued.
“Are you really okay with what happened?”
“Of course not!” Aladar almost instantly replied. “It wasn’t something I wanted at all!”
Delga’s breathing got a little heavier as he did his best not to fall to his knees and burst into tears. He was just so confused as to why Aladar was okay, to why he wasn’t nearly as traumatized as the larger male was when he was finally brought to safety.
He didn’t understand Aladar’s strength, as to why he was still himself.
Delga was so sure that he would be one to be comforting his mate when he got back, not the other way around.
Seeing how they were stopping, Aladar took a minute to lead them under an awning to get out of the rain.
Still holding him tight, Delga finally looked down at the Zangoose.
“Why did you take my place then?”
He sighed, loosening his grip on the smaller male.
“Leo said that he was sent to take me back. You knew that when those black tentacles surrounded us. Why did you push me out of the way and let him take you instead? You didn’t have time to save yourself!”
This time Aladar sighed, giving him a serious look.
“Because I knew whatever would happen, I could take it.”
Delga still didn’t understand, but he knew the Zangoose would explain.
“Delga, you were strong enough to tell me all about the horrors and the people who did things to you in that world.” He explained. “You are still alive you know.”
“What does that mean?”
Aladar gave a little smile as response.
“Delga, I ended up finding the place you hid; I read your journal that you left behind.”
The larger male froze for a second and his eyes widened.
“Yeah, I know that you were planning on killing yourself. You almost did here, but you wanted to way long before that.”
That response wasn’t what Delga was expecting to hear, but he did feel ashamed nonetheless.
“You were suffering for seven years, and even lost your memory of who you were. Those seven years of dealing with Minotaur, Leo, that slime demon, and who knows what other monsters were doing to you. Hell, the one place of refuge in that world refused to take you in despite probably being the person who needed it most! You didn’t even rat them out despite how they treated you!”
Aladar then placed a hand on the dragon’s shoulder, specifically the one those people had stabbed him in.
“And after all of that, you still kept on living.”
“But still-”
He was interrupted, and Aladar continued talking.
“There were also very big differences between the two of us being kidnapped.”
Delga wanted to protest, but at this point he didn’t think there was a point to try anymore.
“You were alone back there.” The smaller male continued “Me? First, even though I was taken, I knew that someone was going to rescue me. Both you and Lewis saw everything that happened, and this world has the meanings of dimension travel, so I knew a search party was going to be launched.”
That was very true. As pissed as the wolf was, Delga watched as Lewis took no time to alert the right people to what had happened.
“Second, back to you being alone, I actually found myself a friend and a companion within the first couple weeks I was there.”
“The werewolf?”
He nodded.
“Yeah. Though Jon Talbain is a horny guy who wanted to rough me up and fuck me like everyone else, his reasons for doing so were different. He just wanted a strong mate. Though I would never even consider being his mate, his friend on the other hand was welcome. We were really able to look after each other. Most of the time…”
And speaking of the werewolf, that was the business that Rusty was attending to.
Though Delga hated the idea of someone from that world living here, if Aladar was telling the truth, then he did kind of owe Talbain for watching over his mate.
Though that debt was easily erased when he found out that the two of them had sex, even if Aladar was just repaying a favor and helping him get rid of the pregnancy curse.
“And well… lastly…”
The Zangoose fidgeted a little, and was blushing.
“Well, usually I wouldn’t be ashamed to admit this, but you have to remember that I am a bottom unlike you.”
Delga’s ears perked up, and he himself blushed a little at the reason.
“Even though it was forced upon me, being the receiver isn’t something that would break me easily. Unlike you and most of the people in that world, I don’t have the pride or preference of being a dominant top. The first few days I was there, some fat, green dragon had gotten ahold me, and somehow found out my preference.”
‘That’s because there weren't a lot of bottoms in that world.’ The dragon thought. ‘Well, not a lot of people who wanted to bottom at least. Most of the people there were once proud fighters who saw themselves as the top man. Unfortunately in a world of corrupted lust full of tops, not everyone got to be it, and someone had to bottom.’
“That’s why I said earlier that it wasn’t that bad what happened to me.” Aladar continued. “My problem wasn’t really getting raped, but people finding out that I was a bottom. Once that dragon told others, I already knew that I had a pretty high demand. Your hiding place was the only safe area for me. It’s the only reason I brought Leo back with me, because he said he would tell everyone this area, and I would have had nowhere to run. It would have been way more difficult to stay in one place for you guys to track me if that happened.”
Leo…
Just the thought of the feline made his blood boil. Though Delga blamed himself for not being able to save his mate, he knew without a doubt that Leo was the reason Aladar was subjected to all that torment.
If it wasn’t for Aladar stopping him, the lion would have been a bloody carcass instead of just arrested.
The dragon took a deep breath to calm himself.
‘I need to stop thinking about these things…’
If there was one thing that Delga knew about his new power, is that it was fueled by his rage.
If he truly wanted to get stronger, he needed to learn to use his power without his emotions taking over.
“So, please… Don’t compare what happened to me to what happened to you.” The Zangoose concluded. “What happened to me was nothing compared to what you went through, both physically and mentally. You may think that I’m really strong, but you’re the one who got the short end of the stick.”
That said, Aladar took his hand, and the two of them went back into the rain to continue their walk home.
“We’ll have plenty of time to talk about this later.”
Though he did understand his mate, Delga didn’t really feel any better.
“Come on, let’s go home. It’s been a long day…”
