First art in 2 weeks thanks to mystery hand pain. I spent 57 minutes on it and it locked me up for two days. I had to do a little art for my emotional health. Fuck it's the only good addiction I've ever had.
Anyway, been to a doctor about the pain and they think it's just from over use. i scheduled some time off and ordered two big ass wrist support braces so if i dont feel better in two weeks I'm gonna get in touch with a hand specialist to see if there's something more serious going on. I can't lose my hands. I'd be a fuckin basket case.

You are going through the same thing somewhat I went through back on February when I slipped on ice and tore my rotary cuff on my right arm. I was seriously worried that the tingling in my fingers and intense shoulder pain would damage my ability to draw. It did somewhat, but it still worried me,

Now I too have arthritic problems in my right hand, especially the three middle fingers. I should have them looked at as well, likely be told what I already suspect ....arthritis.
Perhaps try that arthritis strength pain reliever to see if that knocks off the edge a bit.
