This is adorable beyond all words. I love that energetically wagging tail, and your character is simply precious with how utterly delighted she looks with her new friend. I only ever played the first Half-Life game, back when it was sparkly and new, and then only briefly 'cause I suck at those kinds of games. but I always thought those little beasties were pretty cute, too. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one!

Fun fact: In early versions of Half-LIfe, houndeyes were friendly. The devs made them into enemies because playtesters kept attacking them without seeing if they were friendly.
