My favorite part of this picture is his chest. Give me a man with sea-salted manimal chest pelt and I'll be set for life.
I got tired of having this sitting unfinished on my hard drive. So I gave it some finishing touches, resized it to about half, and gave it some borders so it'll make a mighty fine 1280x1024 wallpaper. I guess I could post the full version on my waargh gallery with proper widescreen resolution, along with the nudie version... maybe I'll get around to it eventually.

Wow, the detailing in this piece is stunning. Great sense of movement and strength, awesome perspective and depth in the landscape, and the tension in the character is really strong. And I'm really digging his goggles, hahah.
Only thing I don't understand is the whole nether-regions bit - is that a sort of 'space aged fashion' cup around him or his trunks clinging to him because of wetness?
Regardless, an absolutely phenomenal example of digital painting.
