On our way to Pewter City, Tatta-chan and I spotted this Venusaur napping on the side of the road. It was using its leaves to shade itself from the sun, while the large flower on its back soaked up the sunlight. I'm guessing it probably used Solar Beam recently, and decided to recharge.

Tatta-chan and I decided that it would be best to let sleeping Venusaur lie, so we continued our journey without trying to wake this gentle giant. Sweet dreams, Venusaur!
