I really don't know what to tell you. I've only been there a short amount of time, but there's open RP everywhere, at least on Alliance side. Go to Stormwind and there's RSP descriptions and characters RP walking galore. If you love in-game RP, you'll love it there. PVE progression wise, they're a bit behind, so it's not the server to go to if your focus is raiding. If you're curious, just make a lvl 1 and give the server a try, that's what I did.
