Seems like every time Carmelita catches Sly Cooper in the act of crime, he some how gets away from her. This time though, Sly made one mistake that lead to him being captured my Carmelita finally. If there’s one thing Carmelita has learned from Cooper is that he’s really good at getting away from her and she’s confident that if Sly can escape from her, everyone trying to kill him, and even prison... he’s not gonna be in chains very long. For his crimes, she believes prison wouldn’t teach him anything, but public humiliation... she’s sure after he won’t ever try stealing anything ever again.

As Cooper was hand cuffed around a street light, Carmelita pulls out a new pair of handcuffs with a glowing green light on the both of the cuffs. Along with the new fancy hand cuffs, she pulls out mittens and booties that matched Sly’s outfit. Carmelita took off Sly’s gloves and boots and forced him to put the mittens and booties on.
Sly jokingly asks “What are these for? So I don’t pick myself out of these handcuffs?” Carmelita then pulls out a pacifier with a ribbon and shoved it into his mouth. Sly stood confused and blushing as Carmelita tied the ribbon behind his head forcing the pacifier to stay in his mouth.

“Sense you like to play games like a little child, then I will treat you like one.” Carmelita said as she pulls out a thick diaper and baby powder. Cooper immediately shook his head and started distancing himself away from Carmelita as far as the handcuffs around the street light let him move. Carmelita then pulled out her shock pistol and pointed it at Cooper’s head. “One way or another, you’re wearing this! Now stop being a fussy baby and lay down on your back or else I’ll make you!”
Sly Cooper then laid down on his back and Carmelita sat down on her knees and started opening the diaper. As she slid the diaper under Sly and started powdering his bottom, Sly Cooper blushed and closed his eyes as if he was trying to disappear and hide sense his hands were handcuffed around the street light and could reach his face from where he was laying down. Carmelita finally taped up Cooper in his thick padding and to top it all off, she gave the front of his diaper kisses, leaving lip stick.

“The reason why I’m doing this and not taking you to jail instead because we both know that you’ll just break out and won’t learn anything!” Carmelita rants to Sly as he looks at his large diaper. “Jail won’t scare you from crime, so I think the next worst thing to happen is to humiliate you in public!” Carmelita grabs the special handcuffs with the glowing green lights and slaps them on Cooper’s wrists. “Before I activate these new handcuffs and take off the handcuffs around the street light, I should explain what these new cuffs are.” Carmelita then pulls a pieces of paper and writes on it as she explains what the new cuffs do. “These cuffs are built to make sure you stay put where you are and prevent you from trying to take them off. I would tell you what they do to keep you from trying to waddle out of here or getting your friends to break them off, but I’d rather you try to find out. Knowing you, Little Ity Bity Baby Cooper” Carmelita chuckled as Cooper becomes more red, “you’ll probably try to escape as soon as I leave.” Carmelita squats down to Sly and gives him the paper which is just a reminder to not move from where he sits.
“It’s up to you, Cooper,” Carmelita says as she turns on the new handcuffs and takes off the old ones, “do you believe me when I say don’t move or try anything, or I’m I bluffing and these handcuff are nothing more than the same ones, just with a glowing dot on them?” She pats the front of Cooper’s diaper and then gets back up. “See you later, Cooper. I’ll come back to let you free as soon as a crowd builds up and lots of pictures are taken.” Carmelita says as she walks away. “Also Little Baby Cooper, I’ll know if you tried to escape because I’ll smell it.”

After Carmelita left 5 minutes ago, Sly Cooper looked around him and couldn’t find Bentley and Murray no where near him. I guess it’s a good thing that they don’t know what happened to him yet, but they’ll eventually will start looking for him, Cooper really doesn’t want that to happen.
Sly starts to think to himself if the handcuffs really did anything and if they did, what was it? He then started to think about what Carmelita said about them just being normal handcuff that Cooper, even with his hands covered in mittens, could break out of. He thought maybe if they did do something, like shock him, at least he could say he tried to break out of them. Heck, he may actually break out of them while being shocked. Sly Cooper was just really curious what the cuffs even did or didn’t do. So he decided that he would try to hit them on the ground and see if they reacted to it. He raised his arms in the air getting ready to slam them down. He hesitated for a moment to think what else would the cuffs do besides shock him. After that, he came up with the finally decision...what’s the worst that can happen?
