Finally have an ref of my sleazy polar bear, Buck!
Captured awesomely by my good bud
toonmutt! Always thought of him as Buck's Official Artist, so it turned out great!
Born into a WASP family, he rebelled and decided to live life as trashy and laid back as possible.
Makes a lot of his money as a hustling gambler (being a polar bear helps him in the fights that ensue), but does have a job as lifeguard, as a natural swimmer. The kids love having an adult with tattoos who curses around, and the parents hate him for it.
Live with Bruce in a rundown apartment. A chain smoking drunk.
Aside from the bear necklace (will wear other won ones), his jewelry is won from his gambling (even has a couple wedding rings), but the watch is his favorite.

The way Buck presents himself reminds me a bit of a certain character in an old russian cartoon.
The english title for the show was "Well, Just You Wait!"("Ну, погоди!,") and it was about a Wolf trying to catch a Hare (it was basically a russian version of Tom and Jerry).
The Wolf from the show and Buck seem to have a similar energy to them (specifically in the visuals department)
