This is a shadow angel. They are faceless spirits that are trap in limbos only to come out at night and go to a world of lost souls. They say in the world of lost souls there are crystal chambers that held the bodies the shadow angels once had in life, but they had committed suicide that cause them to become shadow angels to never again be reborn if they didn't care for the life they once had. But rumor has it that sometimes the shadow angels would lure innocent children away from their homes by singing their enchanting songs to take them to their world and try to take over their bodies by freezing their souls and take the body so they could once again be reborn and leave the frozen children to watch over their old bodies in the icy crystal chambers forever.
