Thanks! The flaws Mirabelle has tend to be ones that the corporation can more easily control and exploit, so they are fine keeping those in.

Thank you! As for your question, they keep up with replacements by transforming people into replacements. They mostly target the poor, those with criminal records, and otherwise those that can't fight back or wont be 'missed'. The wealthy and powerful who employ them tend to not care too much. It's a cyberpunk dystopia after all.

For the other question, yes. But they are careful not to risk getting pregnant while employed by the company. Upper management does not like that, at all. Rogue Miras, however, are another story.
