Onna-bugeisha is the japanese term used to describe a female warrior member of the samurai class. Meet Kurage Aikawa. She is a jellyfish trained in the arts of bushido. Though most onna-bugeisha are known to wield a Naginata as their main weapon Kurage learned to master the katana. Her fighting style revolves around using water magic to empower her sword swings. If an opponent gets too close to her she will use her tendrils to grab and stun her prey. She wears a heart shaped necklace that was given to her by the lord she served under. Being a jellyfish she needs to stay hydrated on a constant basis. She uses her blade to control water and to absorb moisture in the air that she can use on herself. She prefers to travel on cool, cloudy days but when travel is absolutely necessary and its bright and sunny out she has her trusty parasol to keep her shaded. She is a very tough gal and despite limbs getting cut off of her she can regenerate them rather quickly if she's left in water. So long as her cranium is left untouched she can regenerate any body part no matter how severe the damage done to her.
