An attempt to anthopomorphise the pokemon Aromatisse with the goal of turning its magenta fluff into a diaper (hence the safety pin on the front).
If she ever became a character she'd be part of a gang of teenage delenquent pokemon who all wanted to act like babies (along with a Meditite, a Vullaby, a Toxel, and maybe a Tepig, since they all looked diapered already). She'd definitely need a redesign first though.
