Bam! Coming right at ya with a new alt-fursona! I really wanted to have another fursona that could be anthro and colorful, so here we are! Another bird person! This time, we have Ornero the Owl. This time around, I wanted to reflect my more informational and individualistic side rather than the emotional and historical themes of Monstrum. Owls are very much associated with wisdom and knowledge, and Ornero collects knowledge! Knowledge of important things and skills and history? Welllll... no. But he collects knowledge of people, art, shows, games, lores, and pretty much anything creative rather than practical! He's wise enough to know that people matter over all material things, but he's a bit bird-brained and excitable, so he pores over and immerses himself arts, writings, and creatives of other people! He can range from stoic and sentimental to passionate and bouncing-off-the-walls, but his 'downfall' is that his penchants leave him lacking any refined social tact or poker facing. Like an open book!

Ornero comes from a fantasy world of great magic and great connections to the other worlds of the multiverse. He will often find himself slipping into the dreams and thoughts of otherworldly beings, either being a silent observer to fill his mind with the story being unfolded; or inserting himself into them to cause whatever mischief or fantasy to unfold. Ornero studies the magic of his people: a weaving of realities, both the objectively reality of the physical world and the subjective reality of the mind. He is but a novice in skill and experience, so he is very much to be trifled with and can get himself in big trouble while meddling in the affairs of those in his world and out.

[NOTE: Ornero can come winged or wingless. Wings can be clunky and get in the way sometimes, so Ornero uses magic to regrow or dismiss his natural wings. He's very deliberate about his style, so he doesn't often use magic to change many things about himself (nor very often). Buuut, he does have his fun.]

I'm excited to use this fella when comissioning! Now, I should really figure out a world to ground my characters in....

The Birdfolk base by the wonderfully skilled  Amarian / Cindy Avelino was used to make this! I essentially mixed and matched the options, and colored-in the work and added pattern designs!
