I aged Akira up too! He's bulked up a lot as an adult, and his expression has softened up with age.

His costume gave me a lot of trouble, since I didn't know what theme I wanted to go with, and I wanted to balance modesty with practicality (powers based around absorbing light from the skin seem to have this hangup a lot, and often for less than SFW reasons...). Ended up with a military + wrestling singlet combo, since it seemed like it suited Akira's personality. I might still tweak it (those boots could use some tweaking), but I'm satisfied with it for now.

Akira (鏡) literally means mirror, but is a homophone for the Japanese word for light. Kousen (光仙) contains the kanji for light (光) and hermit/wizard (仙).
