The west side of Wilmington is the wealthy section of the city, and is largely safe continuing from this neighborhood to within two or three blocks of the city center. This section of Wilmington escaped the urban decay and high crime that would grip many other sections of town. Lots of beautiful rowhouses, victorian homes, and historic mansions with tree lined streets. Wish the whole of the city had this much nature.
