Kelpie is a water horse that drowns people in legend. I remember reading about it and looved the Jethro Tull song. I've drawn it before years and years ago. But this is a somewhat more warped sort of version. Nice and scary, eh? ^_^ The inking messed it up a little but hopefully nothing too bad.
