IF any of these rules are not followed you will be banned from buying Kitairy's, add-on's , accessories, room shells, and furniture expansions to the species.

PRICES have been included in this information.

5$ adoption fee is do upon adopting your egg.
This fee does not get you an unwatermarked egg but allows you to have first dibs on seeing it hatched in 5 days.

If you like it hatched after the 5 day waiting period, the additional price is 15$.
Making the price you pay only 20$.

Your rarity may very but can range from prices between 20-40$.

If you do not like your hatched Kitairy you may return it and make an exchange with no additional 5$ fee.
YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE YOUR EGG ONCE PER MONTH!
There are NO ADOPTION FEE REFUNDS.

If there are no eggs to exchange for you will be on a waiting list with first dibs on the next batch of Kitairys to pick from.
