I love drawing these sort of scenes as well. There's just a sense of tranquility that comes with a quiet snowfall, I guess. It's very calming and peaceful.
As for Charley, it's nice portraying him in a more quiet and thoughtful mood. As for what he's thinking about, though, who knows? Perhaps he's just not allowed to smoke inside wherever he's visiting and had to step outside for a cigarette break.
