I'm quite liking how you integrated the entire figure into the inflation. Not just the belly or the butt or the chest coming out ahead and subtly taking over the image, but everything balanced... in a really overdone way. :)

I like Male Inflation when their genitals also get inflated to laughably huge size. As a guy, I can really understand how embarrassing it would be to have my balls and D looking like just big ridiculous red balloons. People think bigger is better, but in that situation being so big that you can't possibly hide them, it's just "plz no don't look plz hide me".
