He did. It is called Tails Adventure, it was released in 1995 on the Gamegear. There was Also Tails Sky Portal, but that was Japan only ((Unless you have the Gems Collection for the Gamecube. XP))
He is overdue for a new game though. They really need to make Tails Adventure 2, or some game for the two-tail Hero.
