"for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." Genesis 3:19 ~ Sky daddy G
So this is the end of the world? Cities sinking into the oceans that we once came from. People said it would never happen, even when it had already begun.
But then again, nothing really sinks, but some things do rise. I wonder when it will stop, if it will stop. I've seen mountains turn into islands and hills become small shapes under the blue-green surface.
But we'll live, humanity always does. Maybe unconciously we knew this would happen, and that's why we built our ways into the skies. Our towers still stand tall and hopefully always will.
They say hope is the last thing that leaves you, but its hard to hope when the fridge is full of seaweed and shrimp.
