Taco Soup for the  faccc

1 large onion
1 lb 7% lean ground beef
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can pinto beans
1 can s&w santa fe beans
1 can Cajun stewed tomatoes
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can shoe peg corn
1-2 tbls chili powder to taste

Brown beef and onions then drain. Add other ingredients undrained; simmer for at least 1 hour covered.

Recommendations: Serve with corn bread of scoop corn chips.
