A year ago, on the last day of July, I lost one of my best friends. This chubby, dumb little dog saved my life-- not by doing anything brave or heroic, but just by being there-- yet in the end, I could do nothing to save hers. She was dumber than a post and barked at snowmen, but she was a sweet, happy soul, who didn't deserve the health problems that took her life.
I wanted to upload this yesterday but couldn't because of bandwidth restrictions, ugh. I thought I would feel better having finished this but... it just made me sad. I also feel kinda bad that it took me so long... it was the last thing I could do for her, and it took me most of a year... I still miss her so much it hurts.
Rest in Peace, Toopid Potato Dog. May the afterlife be paved in bacon.
