Two Immortals So Close
It turned out Samantha had a fun time the first visit and as such she would end up coming to Nicholas's house quiet a bit as the rest of the spring months began to move forward and go towards summer. And yet she hadn't said anything yet. However one day while over, the two were in the living room and hanging out. But then at one point Samantha felt the need to get something to drink. "Will you excuse me a moment?" she told Nicholas.
"Sure, take your time," he replied. The female vampire got up and left the room. He then noticed she had left her phone behind for some reason next to him. The guy didn't think any of this.
Meanwhile she got what was needed from the fridge and drank it. Just as she was putting it away, her phone went off and she heard it. Nicholas did to and jumped, having not expected her to get a call. In a panic he picked it up and began to make his way towards her just as the little vampire was running into the living room. "DON'T ANSWER!" she exclaimed.
The two crashed into the other and her phone went flying out of Nicholas's right hand and their momentum carried them straight to the floor. "OOOOF!" he grunted loudly.
"Oh god; I'm sorry!" Samantha exclaimed.
"You're fine..." he replied. The two then realized the position they were in. Her hands were on top of his muscled chest as she raised herself to look at the male vampire. He saw what was going on to and both went red in the face. They didn't move for a couple of seconds that is until they heard his phone go off causing both to jump and break apart fast. Red in the face, they quietly excused themselves to answer the phone calls in different rooms. When those were finished, they returned to the living room still blushing and unable to look at the other.
"Err...." came out of Nicholas's mouth.
"It's fine..." Samantha whispered. But they both remember how good it felt to be that close to the other. She left not long after that but the two vampires now felt a difference between them and a good one. And it would lead to happiness.
