4 Portions.
Ingridients:
2 Tomatoes (Sliced, with the centre removed)
5 Garliccloves (thiny sliced)
Some finely sliced ginger.
2 tbsps Blackpepper
4 tbsps Chili powder
((I'm not writing tagliatelle because everyone knows how to cook pasta.))
How to:
1. Take a pan, melt some butter. One it's melted put the tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Let it fry for a little bit and then put in the spices.
2. Fill the pot to 3/4 with water and lightly stir it. Add a little ounce of ketchup and stir more.
3. Make a mixture of Cornflour and Water and add to it. When the sauce is thick, the sauce is done. Taste and see if it's good enough etc etc, if not, add some more ketchup or chilipowder.
Sidenote: Do not do what I did xD. I took the can of chili powder and (without looking) opened the lid with the large hole instead of the one with three small holes... it ended up in 1/4 of the can went into the pot. xD
