Looks Delicious, but then when does anything made by NOT look delicious?

Suuuuuu, Back on the horse at long last. THIS, is a from scratch hazelnut chocolate cake, inspired by Nutella. :P

It worried my a little, r sing really strangely, buttttttttt, it came out good in the end. :3


and of course, recipe:

2 c sugar
4 eggs
2-1/2 c flour
1 c milk
3/4 c vegetable oil
2 1/4 t baking powder
1 1/2 T Hazelnut syrup
1/2 c cocoa (unsweetened)

Preheat to 375

Mix all the liquid bases and the baking powder til no ingredients can be identiifed.

mix all dry goods

slowly blend in the dry goods until its one smooth batter.

Its a thick batter, so be sure to whip as much air into the batter as possible before pouring.


I"m, of course, partial to the bundt pan, but it makes enough for two 9 inch rounds.

Bake for at least 30 minutes, watch it after that, shouldn't take more than 45.
