It's Samuel's Duel Runner. Nuff said.
Okay, okay, details. It's a pretty standard model, designed to be sleek but has had its share of wear and tear. Mostly, it's a Frankenstein of compatible parts Samuel found while in Satellite, but he was lucky enough to find a number of good parts and a frame in decent enough shape that, with some elbow grease, can make a very well-running Duel Runner.
The most notable thing about Samuel's Duel Runner is the turbo boosters in the back that can fold in and out of the main frame. A rare find to come by in Satellite, Samuel immediately installed them for his Duel Runner. While they're capable of increasing the runner's speed by about 40% from max speed, Samuel lacks the appropriate fuel and the practicality of using them.
And yes, there is supposed to be a door there on the right side, but I cut it away so you can see the inside a bit better. Basically, when the duelist or rider gets in, the door is supposed to slide in and close from the outside frame behind the driver. Afterwards, the right-side control panel slides in from behind the frame and behind the driver. Thus, the rider can ride or duel at his or her convienence.
Any other info, I can provide upon questioning.
