maramalade's 8 ball custom
Bored at work, did some car designs. those who know marmalade knows she's a gear head and I made her a car customizer.
the only other time I drew it was in : http://www.furaffinity.net/view/485404/
so the design changed a little. i should try a few different front ends before settling.

that was a bit of a suprice se you now draw vericels, as one meantioned it may apear blocky but that is kidna common of what i seen for some that still arent toaly setteling on car drawing but keep at it treat it asa character and not asa prop and it will get a good fluidety to it.
can i try my take of it? :3

Nice. Makes me think of my Raptor . I kinda like the classic boxy look.
Dude, I didn't know you could draw cars! (But then again, you ARE MaxBlackRabbit after all) Personally, I like the blocky design. Vehicles from the 60's and 70's are my absolute favorites because of the blocky looks. They just don't make them like they used to. Looks like this baby could fit a big block easy!
Not bad at all for an original design, and pretty fricking awesome for someone who generally specializes in, er, organic art. I find that they tend to be mutually exclusive, mainly because a lot of artists just don't really pay attention to the way cars are really built. It ell you this, I'm not half-bad at drawing cars, but you're WAY better at cars than I am at furries. One thing I note is that you keep the perspectives and relative angles right. A lot of people can't keep that straight (no pun intended), especially when it comes to the tires and wheels.
I like the quad headlight design in the other pic better. It lets the hood-line and front end be a little lower and sleeker, more like late '60s, early '70s muscle. The one here is more early-to-mid '60s.
(Some of my stuff is over at DA, if you want to look, though I haven't drawn in years, sadly: http://wrightdesigns.deviantart.com , and my personal website: http://wright-here.net/cars/car_drawings.html . Oy, I need to do some better scans, and maybe some better art when my life slows down a bit...)

looks better, or more harmonic, than the previous image. :) I would peg it an italian take at a late 60's american muscle car: lots of ornaments at the front, "easy" rear end.
drawing cars is tricky, even with a direct reference. lots of angless, straight lines, and curves all over incluiding strange highlights and shadows. :)
