2019 art, featuring Skunk Boy in the same sort of "space prison" scenario (and restraints) as I used to draw characters like Deneb and Rigel.
I guess in 2019 I was in the mood to experiment a bit more with bondage-themed art, and especially with putting Skunk Boy in various restraints. I also have art of him in a straitjacket as well as a couple where he's tied up with rope or handcuffs.
Not really sure about the context, but since he's not particularly dangerous maybe he can be sold as a slave or pet or something.
"Pudgy, awkward, dopey and submissive" are probably selling points on the interstellar pet market.
