Ornate Hawk-Eagles are surprisingly beautiful and striking birds of prey. I wanted an excuse to play with super warm reddish browns and cool blacks, as well as trying out a bit of technique options for dealing with whites. 2.5" x 3.5" mixed media on toned paper.
