AND UH.... i dont really use any programs specifically FOR animating. I tend to make each individual frame in an individual folder in Sai 2. (I alter later opacity to mimic onion skinning)
Then I combine the folders to individual layers and shove them into an old version of photoshop to turn em into a gif.
It's really dumb and time consuming but I do it anyway because that's how I've always done it. I don't tend to post animations often though.
