When Emily and I went up to Churchill, we got to go dog sledding. The "musher", Dave, told us that he has to be the "big dog" when running dogs. He said if a dog was acting out or behaving immature, he'll hit them on the back of the head and say,"SMARTEN UP!". Dave also does this training technique with stupid people.
