Sketch of Viv posing pretty on a small stone wall
I was really happy with how cute Vivien looked in this one, her general pose, her outfit, her cute experssion. Just too much cute, and yet a completely acceptable amount of cute. I need to remember what I did with the skirt in this one, this is probably the best sitting pose shot with a skirt I have ever done. I think the addition of those small lines to add a thickness to the fabric really helped show its presence in the composition of the pose. Also lot of work again on making effectively 'citadel paint' style sets of colors to do quick background painting stuff like this, layering up from the darkest parts and adding layers and highlights to make the backdrop low detail, but still detailed.
