Walk Softly and Carry a Really Big... Arm? - CoU/Brass Conce
Well, here you go. This is Pariah in his second outfit for Brass, with his second arm, and his rival Crowe's second sword (he actually uses this arm to destroy the first sword. :x)
Essentially, the Kinetic Assault Buster works with a concept like Big-O. The piston in the elbow slams forward, creating a burst of kinetic energy through the knuckles or palm, breaking rigid and relatively brittle things (stone, tempered metals, etc.) and can cause soft tissue damage through armor.
The Basilisk Assistive Limb is a thin metal frame along his legs, with synthetic muscles to help his movement with the large arm.
Gotterdammerung isn't actually his, and in Brass it isn't actually a pneumatic sword breaker. Rather, the (sword breaker" ridge along the back emits a jet-like burst of flames to strengthen the hit.

I really like the style of the character and the pose that is used. The clothing used it interesting and unique (unless it is from a game or movie?), has the appearance of a modest person who is keen to keep his position hidden in the crowd rather than standing out drawing attention. Not knowing the background details of this character, does it have a working class history as the pants look like something that could be used to kneel down onto potentially dirty grounds (oil, etc) ?

I'm glad you like the style. This is my personal style rather than the generic anime style people usually see out of the requests I do for people. this is the style my comic Brass is going to be. Not a huge difference I suppose, but there is a difference. :x
As for the outfit, it is loosely based off of Cloud's FFVII: Advent Children outfit. Very loosely.
As for "working class", I suppose so. It's the work uniform for one of the incarnations of Pariah, and the second incarnation it's used for is a treasure hunter. :x
