Actually, it's just a regular delivery. These trucks are part of a city experiment to see if it saves operating costs by using smaller (and therefore less expensive) workers in conjunction with machines instead of traditional folks of more suitable dimensions. The postal workers seem to have mixed feelings about this; there's definitely an interesting novelty to it, but going up and down on that lift a hundred times a day gets old after a while, and it's not made better by encounters with folks like Desdeg whose conspicuous presence does little to raise confidence levels.
