Here's the background I used for the bunny bakery pic at the Hopeland Amusement Park. Situated near the Green Institute of Social Sciences and near the stadium, Hopeland Amusement Park is a Union City-owned amusement park that constantly runs in the red, barely below breaking even. While it may seem like this is a bad business model it actually serves a reverse role for tourism and commerce. It astronomically boosts land value and constantly runs at high capacities leaving the city to break well more than even from taxing the local businesses and hotels that benefit from the park itself.
