Cryophase is a character designed by my friend and drawn by me, for the DC Universe setting
During their HIVE Academy training, Vex and Wildthing were sent on a field test to procure a rare artifact from a safety deposit box at a city bank. They didn't anticipate that the vigilante hero Cryophase would be in the local area, and the field test ended up being quite a bit more difficult than they'd expected!
Cryophase is skilled with Ice manifestation, dimensional phasing, and is equipped with speed-enhancement boots, making him a decent match for the duo of rookie villains.
Here, Vex does his best to hold him off with a small swarm of his phantoms.
