Bungle's character is my own, made for the DC universe

Description
Bungle is a professional thief who has his own hidden agendas and occasionally takes high paying jobs that can put his burglary skills to good use. His reptilian mutation combined with his physical training affords him skillful acrobatic prowess. He is also capable of forcing brief control over other entities; with a glance from his right eye, he can enact a split-moment of control over part of another person's anatomy such as forcing one foot in front of their other to cause a pursuer to trip, or forcing an opponent's punch to veer off course.

Extraneous Factors
Solo Specialist:
Bungle's dominance ability works only for a split-moment, so he cannot maintain any longevity of control. The brief spurts of control work well against singular enemies, but are less optimal when dealing with multiple opponents. When faced with multiple adversaries Bungle commonly uses tactics that single out his enemies.
