Yes, it is as you see - its me as a Pichu, with my trainer Mandakatt and her other pokemon Flaafberry (Neko as a flaaffy, lool ).
My aim isn't solid, but my power is high! Seems like Mandakatt is specializing in thunder-type pokemons =)
Lol, so this is artsie done by Neko (but im guessing you already guessed that much) with my pichu character named Pichitus (as my nick other then luring is titus), together with flaafberry, neko's flaffly character, trainer with our trainer Mandakatt. The three of us had good laughs making this and I think Neko brought it out amazingly (and omg im so behind on my submission postings).

Ah... the ability to be a Pichu also doesn't come with auto aim features... x)
(I think Ash had this problem in the first 5 episodes...)
...But at least there's an apology at the end of the comic here. At least.. there is an apology. :)
Though key point of notice as I'll call it: I like how the pacifier necklace was added. there. It's a stand out. It truly is~ x)
